North Myrtle Beach, SC- The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce information and statistics for June 2008:

• The Chamber of Commerce received twenty-eight new members and hosted a total of seven ribbon cutting ceremonies
• Chamber’s Visitor Center received 5,005 walk-ins 
• The Chamber’s website, www.NorthMyrtleBeachChamber.com, received 102,516 visits, of which 44,321 were unique visitors (32% increase from May)
• The Chamber distributed a total of 16,224 Visitor’s Guides; of which 7,200 were mailed to inquires and 1,800 were distributed during the “Twice the Fun, Half the Distance, Experience North Myrtle Beach Bus Tour;” the remaining were distributed through hospitality bags, Chamber’s Visitor Center, Myrtle Beach Airport and SC Welcome Centers
• The Chamber also distributed 2,324 Relocation & Community Resource Guides
