North Myrtle Beach Chamber Opens Travel Centers in Upscale Malls across North Carolina
Affordable, effective marketing to 43 million potential customers a year
North Myrtle Beach, SC- The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and North Carolina based travel marketing company, Summerton Design, LLC, publisher of www.ncroadtrips.com, offers a unique, effective marketing opportunity to travel-related businesses. Unlike traditional roadside visitor’s centers, Summerton Design has developed informative, interactive Travel Centers in the state’s most popular malls, capturing potential vacationers prior to planning their trips.
The Travel Centers serve as virtual trip planners for over 43 million people a year. Potential customers can browse the Chamber’s official 2009 Visitors Guides, brochures, videos and commercials, as well as discounts. The Travel Centers are un-manned kiosks allowing visitors to browse at their leisure without the pressure to buy anything. All travel information is free to take for visitors to review in the comfort of their home.
The North Myrtle Beach Travel Centers will be in Southpark Mall and Concord Mills Mall in Charlotte, NC and Triangle Town Center in Raleigh, NC. North Carolina is the 10th most populated state in the nation, with 9.2 million people. The state also conveniently has over 78,600 miles of highways and four major interstates, which means there is so much to see and do that many NC residents know little about. Fact: 80% percent of all travel in the United States is within 50 to 250 miles from home by personal car. The travel center gives businesses the opportunity to put their best deals in front of the right people at the right time. They don’t have to wait for consumers to find them online, request a brochure, send a brochure and then begin the follow up. It’s all about reaching the DRIVE MARKET in the vacation planning stage.
Concord Mills, Triangle Town Center and Southpark Mall host over 43 million visitors a year. Visitors to the travel centers have the option to fill out a postcard requesting travel news and deals be sent to their email address. They get the most up-to-date information, weather, offers and more from places of interest across the Carolina’s.
