Urge Senate to Set Secret Ballot Legislation for
Special Order as Session Winds Down

this year’s legislative session winds down, legislation to
protect South Carolina workers’ rights to vote by secret ballot
in union elections must move through the Senate. Urge your
Senate member to vote to set H.3305, secret ballot protection,
for Special Order (meaning scheduled debate).
