Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is a comprehensive technical/community college with a curriculum enrollment of more than 5,000 students, offering more than 80 associate degrees, diploma and certificate programs in a variety of career and academic fields, many of which will transfer completely or in part to four-year colleges and universities. The Colleges main campus is located next to Coastal Carolina University on U.S. Hwy. 501.
