Buy Local Campaign in North Myrtle Beach
Shake up your shopping habit this season and
BUY LOCAL in North Myrtle Beach!
In an effort to boost our local economy The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce has launched a Buy Local campaign for the Holiday Season with mascot, “Eco” the Starfish!
By spending money in the local economy, we provide more jobs and more taxation revenue to our local government. In turn, these local dollars pay for our infrastructure and provide more jobs.
It's simple...just spend $50 at three locally owned businesses in North Myrtle Beach! Make your purchases count…start a trend and encourage your neighbors and friends to BUY LOCAL.
We appreciate your commitment to a sustainable future for our community.
This year the North Myrtle Beach Chamber's Local Shop Small Campaign hosted the 3rd Annual Snowball Drop on Saturday, November 29, at 10 a.m. Local residents and visitors were invited to gather on Main Street when chamber staff dropped hundreds of snowballs (ping-pong balls) printed with special offers and discounts from local area businesses.
Chamber member businesses could purchase 25 snowballs for $25 and note a special offer or discount to be printed on the balls.
