June 30, 2017, North Myrtle Beach, S.C. – The North Myrtle Beach Chamber Foundation recently presented a donation to the American Red Cross Heroes for Fire Victims Campaign. This is the second year that The North Myrtle Beach Chamber Foundation has supported the campaign with a $1,275 grant.

The Heroes for Fire Victims Campaign provides disaster services assistance and disaster preparedness education to community residents free of charge. The Red Cross is the only human service organization in the community that goes to the scene of residential fires and assists victims. It costs on the average $1,275 to provide for the immediate needs of a family of four after surviving the devastation of a home fire.
